Torbay or The English Riviera is the name given to 3 resorts located on the south coast, in a sheltered bay known as Torbay. On the East side of the bay is Torquay and on the West side is Brixham, whilst in the centre of the bay is PAIGNTON.

Alpenrose is located in the centre of Paignton in a peaceful cul-de-sac which is one of the entrances leading into Victoria Park.

A short level stroll through the park leads you to the beach or the main shopping area, entertainment and an excellent choice of restaurants.

Victoria Park PAIGNTON being in the centre of Torbay, has easy access to all the attractions of Torquay Paignton and Brixham together with miles of beaches and sandy coves whilst the Paignton to Dartmouth Steam Railway provides the most stunning coastal and riverside scenery. Boat trips to the picturesque fishing port of Brixham or the other seaside town of Torquay can be taken from Paignton Beach.

If you enjoy walking you can walk along the South Coastal Path to either Brixham or Torquay and enjoy the stunning views from Goodrington or Broadsands.
